Two men, one from Old Bridge and one from Whiting, were arrested on Monday April 27 on burglary charges in South Brunswick. Woodbridge Man Arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Heroin in Paterson

David Dyson, 35, of Woodbridge, was arrested on the evening of Saturday, April 25 when Paterson police stopped the vehicle he was riding in for multiple traffic violations, including speeding. Dyson asked officers to allow him to get his chewing tobacco, and as Dyson reached for his tobacco, that’s when officers allegedly spotted a bag of marijuana in plain sight in the vehicle. Trying to escape, a man in New Brunswick, who had stolen a car while driving it on a sidewalk in an attempt to escape, ended up ramming several vehicles which included two police cars.
