There is no authority on the part of the New Brunswick Municipal Court to hear these cases beyond initial arraignment. Notwithstanding, there were 3,353 disorderly persons offenses and 13,836 moving traffic offenses for driving while suspended, operating without insuranceleaving the scene of an accident and other violations processed at the municipal court level.
