New Brunswick Municipal Court

New Brunswick NJ Criminal Defense Lawyers

There are many reasons why our criminal defense lawyers handle so many municipal court and indictable criminal charges in New Brunswick. The City has the 2nd highest population density in the county, is the home of Rutgers University-New Brunswick, and also happens to be where our office is located. Our team handles many New Brunswick Municipal Court charges like simple assault, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Jason Seidman, a former Middlesex County prosecutor, and other attorneys also routinely appear at the county courthouse on first, second, third and fourth degree crimes, including possession of cocaine, prescription drug charges, aggravated assault, distribution of CDS and felony cases. In fact, our New Brunswick Office is located directly across from venue where these types of violations are heard. To speak to a lawyer on our staff anytime 24/7 about how you have been charged, call us at 732-246-7126. The consultation is complimentary.
