South Amboy NJ Criminal Attorneys
South Amboy falls into the 44th percentile in terms of crime so it is not shocking that it has more than its share of criminal charges in Middlesex County. If you find yourself within the statistic because you have been charged with simple assault, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, harassment, prostitution or another offense, the criminal attorneys at our firm are here to help you. A lawyer at Marshall, Bonus, Proetta & Oliver can assist you in avoiding a conviction to most South Amboy Municipal Court disorderly persons offenses and this is significant given that a charge results in a criminal record, significant financial penalties and can even land you in jail for six months. We have similar abilities in defending traffic violations and even indictable crimes. Our defense team, which includes several former prosecutors, including Jason Seidman who served in the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office, has over 100 years of combined experience. To speak to one of the lawyers at the firm in a free initial consultation, call our Woodbridge Office at 732-634-0700.
