After earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia, where he served as a student attorney, Mr. Seidman began his career as a Prosecutor with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. During his time as an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Seidman served in a variety of roles, including: overseeing investigations conducted by county detectives and police officers; acting as a legal adviser to the Middlesex County Gangs, Guns, and Drugs Task Force; participating in the Special Prosecutions Unit tasked with investigating white collar crime; arguing matters before the Appellate Division; and handling numerous criminal cases from initial grand jury indictments through trials and sentencing hearings. Through all of his work on behalf of the State, Mr. Seidman acquired an extensive and extraordinarily useful body of skills, which he now employs during the investigation, development, and argument phases of his clients’ criminal cases. Each and every responsibility that Mr. Seidman embraced during his time on the opposing side of the New Jersey Justice System now informs his approach to developing the most efficacious defense strategies for criminal defendants across the State.
