Thomas Huth brings close to four decades of criminal law experience to clients facing serious charges in New Jersey. A former county prosecutor and New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Trial Attorney, Mr. Huth has tried hundreds of criminal cases and handled some of the most complex matters in the criminal justice system, including homicide, major crimes, weapons offenses, narcotics, robbery, auto fatalities, sexual assault, and white collar cases.
Although much of Mr. Huth’s prosecutorial background was built in Essex and Monmouth Counties, the experience translates directly to serious Middlesex County cases heard in Superior Court in New Brunswick. He understands how major criminal investigations are structured, how prosecutors evaluate evidence, how police agencies build cases, and how to test the State’s proof through motions, cross-examination, and trial strategy.
Mr. Huth’s background includes work in homicide, adult trial, internal affairs oversight, special operations, major crimes, and senior litigation roles. Today, he uses that experience on the defense side for clients facing life-changing allegations, including violent crimes, weapons charges, homicide-related accusations, drug distribution, robbery, sexual assault, and other high-exposure indictable offenses.
